Empathy

Recognising how the situation makes them feel, responding with care and understanding.

Guiding

Explaining the customer’s options clearly and help them decide the right next step.

Connection

Connecting customers to the right specialist solicitor from our panel if legal support is needed.

Supporting

Staying involved to ensure the customer feels informed, that progress stays on track and billing is fair.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for experienced professionals who:

  • Communicate clearly and calmly
  • Are able to cut through, translate and summarise complex situations
  • Stay objective and impartial
  • Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Want to use their experience to help others find clarity and resolution

Whilst a legal background is advantageous, you don’t need to be a solicitor – just someone who understands people, process and can distil complicated matters into plain English.

Training and support

All new consultants receive structured onboarding, practical training and ongoing support from our central team, learning how to assess customer situations and work confidently within our process.
